I didn't receive my order confirmation, what should I do?Updated a year ago

If you provided a valid email address during the checkout process, you would receive a confirmation email shortly after placing your order. 

Look for a subject line that reads "Order #Confirmed" and search for the email from hello@greenphilosophy.co. The email will include your order number and a summary of the products purchased. Also, try to look into the spam folder of your email account.

If you have not received a confirmation email within 24 hours after purchase, it is often the case that there is an error in the email address provided. Please get in touch with us so we can send the confirmation email to the correct email address as soon as possible.
