What is your return policy?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unopened

My order was returned to you. Can you reship it back to me?

Returned packages due to an incorrect address may be shipped out once more. Any additional shipments due to errors after that will incur additional shipping and handling fees. Please email our support team immediately once your package is returned.
