Where can I request a return?Updated a year ago

There are two ways you can request a return.

1. Please email us at [email protected] with your return details and the reason for the return, and indicate if the item is still in the original packaging or unopened. 

2. Another way to request a return is via our Help Center. 

Sign in and select the order that you want to return through the Manage Your Orders section.
